Our Approach

Good therapy can be a transformative experience when we create
a relationship that invites us to think differently about ourselves,
our challenges, and the world around us.

My clinical experience, masters studies, and lived experience acquired in the USA, Australia,
UK and Mexico enable me to assist you towards a richer, fuller and more balanced version
of yourself. Together we will find solutions to help you move forward in life.

Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

Psychodynamic psychotherapy is rooted
in Psychoanalytic theory and uses
conversation as a tool for change.

We come to understand ourselves, others, and the world
around us by processing, experiencing, and drawing
meaning from past and present experiences. Using words,
we aim to understand how we think, feel, and behave
and find solutions or ways forward.
