Born in Mexico, my life’s journey has been shaped by residing in six countries. I find inspiration
in the experience of arriving in a new place - embracing the mix of uncertainty, curiosity and fear.
This experience can symbolize the experience of starting a new job, a relationship, motherhood, or the process of therapy - new, daunting,
liberating and powerful. Living across borders has prompted me with an inner sensitivity and a deep curiosity to help clients
weave together their culture, identities, and unique ways of being.
My professional journey began as a behavioral counselor in Australia, where I earned a Bachelor of Social Science.
Seeking to deepen my understanding and address my own wounds, I took a leap to Scotland, earning a Masters degree in Counseling while actively
contributing to a practice and research center. In 2019, I returned to the USA, driven by a desire to apply this enriched knowledge closer to home.
Since then, I have been engaged in meaningful work, both in agency settings and private practice.
I look forward to engaging in deep, transformational work with you!
